TYLER TECHNOLOGIES UNIT SIGNS NEW INDIANA REASSESSMENT OUTSOURCING CONTRACTS
Total Indiana Awards Reach Over $10 Million

Dallas, Texas, November 26, 2001 —Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that its Cole Layer Trumble (CLT) division has entered into contracts to provide reassessment outsourcing services for Allen and Warrick counties in Indiana. The total value of the new contracts is more than $1.7 million, bringing CLT's total contract awards in Indiana for this reassessment cycle to eleven projects valued at over $10 million. The two contracts are expected to be completed in mid-2002.
Allen County, which includes the city of Fort Wayne, will outsource to CLT the tax appraisals for all commercial and industrial property in the county. Under the contract with Warrick County, CLT will appraise all real property in the county. The two counties combined have a population of nearly 400,000.
“We chose Tyler Technologies’ CLT division because of its reputation in this industry,” said Stacy Lopshire, Allen County Chief Deputy Assessor. “We were also impressed with CLT’s commercial and industrial expertise. This project is for commercial / industrial properties and they are highly qualified.”
Warrick County Assessor Debbie Hart stated, “CLT was our choice because of its reputation in Southwest Indiana. CLT received an excellent reference from Dubois County, which is a neighboring county of ours.”
