Tyler Technologies Installing $1.6 Million Financial System In Albany County, NY |
DALLAS, May 29 -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it is installing its MUNIS(R) financial software in Albany County, New York. The software and services contract totals over $1.6 million and includes the implementation of new financial, payroll and personnel, revenue and tax systems. Albany County is located along the Hudson River in upstate New York, and includes the capital city of New York, Albany.
The graphical MUNIS(R) applications purchased by Albany County include the full suite of financial applications, payroll and personnel, New York tax collection and delinquent process, and report writer. The MUNIS(R) applications utilize relational databases and open architecture. The implementation in Albany County will take place in three phases, beginning with the applications to administer payroll and personnel for over 3,000 employees, and is expected to be completed by mid-2002.
