Dallas, October 13, 2005 -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed a contract to provide the city of Kalamazoo, Michigan with Tyler's EDEN software. Under the agreement, Tyler will deliver financials, payroll and citizen services applications. Tyler will also provide implementation services, training and support for Kalamazoo. The total value of the contract is more than $1.0 million.
Duane Hettinger, the city's Director of Information Technology, said, "The City of Kalamazoo's business process owners (Division Managers) unanimously selected Tyler Technologies' EDEN division as our ERP vendor of choice. The city will also benefit from the openness and flexibility of Tyler's EDEN technology, including seamless integration with the city's asset management tools provided by GBA Master Series, Inc.
