Dallas, October 29. 2008 -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) will provide its financial management solution to the City of Douglas, Arizona, based on a recently signed contract. The agreement, which was awarded through Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc., includes software licenses, as well as corresponding professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Under the contract, Douglas will implement a comprehensive suite of Tyler's INCODE financial management software. The City has invested in financial and human resource applications, as well as citizen services modules such as Work Orders, Building Projects, Business Licenses, Utility Billing, Call Center and GIS Mapping. Additionally, Douglas will employ several Tyler document management products. These include Report Writer, Forms Overlay, Secure Signatures and Laserfiche® integration.
