Dallas, December 4, 2008 -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that the State of North Dakota Unified Judicial Branch has signed a contract for the implementation of Tyler's courts & justice solution in district courts across the state. The agreement, which is valued at $6.35 million, includes software licenses, corresponding professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.
Tyler's Odyssey Case Manager will expedite court administration for the state's seven judicial districts, which serve all 53 counties, by easing the management of and access to case information. The courts will also deploy the Financial Manager product center to track financial data for court offices, while the Public Access feature will make courts and justice information available to citizens online. The agreement with the State of North Dakota represents Tyler's fifth statewide implementation of its Odyssey courts & justice solution. The solution has also been deployed by the states of Minnesota, New Hampshire, Indiana and New Mexico.
