First Quarter 2003 Earnings Conference Call Notice |
On Friday, May 2, Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) will hold a conference call to discuss the company's first quarter 2003 earnings. The teleconference will begin at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and will be hosted by John Yeaman, president and CEO, and Brian Miller, vice president – finance.

The company also recently announced its commencement of a modified “Dutch Auction” tender offer to purchase up to 4,200,000 shares of its outstanding common stock at a price per share of $3.60 to $4.00. The tender offer will expire at 12:00 midnight, Eastern time, on Monday, May 12, 2003, unless extended by Tyler.
With a leading market position in the large and growing local government IT sector, Tyler’s fourth quarter 2002 results marked the company’s seventh consecutive profitable quarter and its ninth consecutive quarter of year-over-year improvement in operating results. Revenues from continuing operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2002, increased 16% over the fourth quarter of 2001 to $36.4 million. Fourth quarter 2002 EBITDA, or earnings from continuing operations before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, increased 45% to $6.3 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, from $4.3 million, or $0.09 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2001.
